Knife skills. Learn how to prep fast and efficiently! Usually chefs learn how to use a knife in school or in their first jobs. We will show you how to use the chefs most important tool.
The different cooking techniques, Searing, braising, baking, poaching, grilling and more
Sauces. You will learn and make all of the basic sauce types. More importantly learn the saucier tricks of the trade.
Specific recipes. We will walk you through dozens of specific fine dinning recipes.
One on One individual classes - $60/hour For private, intensive training.
Small group classes - $40/student/hour for classes of 3 students - book a group of friends, have fun, learn and cook
Dinner and a show - $200/couple (up to 2 couples) sit back, have a glass of wine and watch the chef cook a 7 course meal. A unique opportunity to observe, pick up technique and then enjoy a fabulous meal. You will be able to talk directly to the chef as they cook, asking questions, watching and soaking in professional culinary technique.
5 lesson progression - 5 sessions, each one building on the previous ones. Combining culinary fundamentals, knife skills, specific technique and actual recipes. when the progression is over you will be a strong cook with fundamental culinary confidence.
